HERE’S THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOUR JEEP CLUB OR ORGANIZATION TO BE A PART OF OUR JEEP SHOW!

It’s been a long tradition of our Jeep Show to invite other “Non-Profit” Jeep Clubs and Off-Road Organizations to the weekend event to gain the exposure that our event can provide. WHAT THE EVENT WILL PROVIDE:

  • One FREE space (10’ wide x 30' deep) for your Club or Organization to advertise its purpose, events, charity work, sell attire and/or merchandise, and solicit memberships.  ONLY ONE REGISTRATION PER CLUB! (multiple registrations will be deleted).
  • Provide us with your logo as soon as you have registered.
  • A maximum of two free weekend wrist bands will be provided for your staff to operate your weekend booth. Additional bands may be purchased as part of your on-line registration for $7 per person, or can be purchased the day of the event for $10 per person. 
  • Feel free to display “ONE” vehicle in your booth space. Everything MUST fit within your boundary lines.
  • Set up is Friday July 22 from 8 am- 5pm or Saturday July 23 at 8am.  Set up can be done Saturday morning but we prefer to have set up done on Friday 7/22/22.
  • One representative from each club is required to help with voting on Saturday during the show.  You must provide the name and phone # of a member that will help with voting at the show during this registration process. Instructions will be given on the PA Jeeps Inc stage Saturday, judges will be given the time to check in on the PA Jeeps Inc Stage during check in on Friday 7/22/22.
  • Show dates and times are as follows and subject to change. 7/23 9am-5pm. 7/24 9am-3 pm.
  • No refunds will be given after 7/1/2022. 
  • FOOD/BEVERAGE SALES ARE NOT PERMITTED BY FACILITY CONTRACT.

Additional Wrist Bands

Each club space comes with 2 all weekend access wrist bands. If you have more than 2 people, you'll need to purchase additional wrist bands at a discounted pre-show cost of $7 per person. Wrist bands will be available the day of the event for $10. Parking is also available inside the fairgrounds at $20 a Jeep.  Each club space is 10' wide and 30' deep. If you have a club vehicle for display it must fit in your space.

Overnight Parking/Camping:

*Overnight parking: no hookups will be located beside the Fairgrounds at 50 Spring RD Carlisle PA 17013. Camping for club booths is $50 per day. Fill and dump station available in the fairgrounds. Camping will have security and a check in upon arrival at provided location. You will be given a camping pass when arriving that must be displayed, or you will be asked to leave.  You must be checked in for camping by 9 pm Friday 7/22 or you will have to wait for check in on Saturday 7/23 at 8am.

Primitive off site overnight parking $50 per night.
