Vendor registration will close Wednesday 7/19 @ noon.
Show hours are Saturday 7/22 9am-5pm and Sunday 7/23 9am-3pm
(gates will open at 8am both days to get participants parked)
Set up is on Friday 7/21 8am-5pm

We have a rental service that can provide you with any size tent you may need for the event. All rented tents are set up on Thursday for your convenience. You MUST order your tent by the end of June 2023 to guarantee availability.

Our Jeep Show has a long standing tradition of providing our registered participants with a “goodie bag”. Your participation is to your benefit as well as the events benefit. This program can generate sales long after the event is over. Items such as catalogs, brochures, pens, magnets, hats, and can coolers. Any advertising items are accepted. We want to fill at least 500 bags.

100% of the proceeds from the Jeep Show raffle this year will be donated to Protection 4Paws, About Us | Protection4Paws, Inc. By State Law we are required to donate a minimum of 70% of all funds raised through our raffle. We choose to donate at least 100%. Our event would like to see all of our supporting vendors participate by donating tangible merchandise or certificates redeemable for merchandise or discount opportunities. Any donations towards the raffle may be delivered upon arrival or you may ship your donations to:
The event set-up day is Friday July 21 opening at 8:00 AM -5pm or Saturday July 23 at 8 am. If you’re traveling in a semitrailer or a large travel trailer, we suggest you enter the facility through Gate #3 which is on K street and Bryn Mawr Road. Upon arrival we will escort you to your booth space and provide you with your weekends passes.
Show dates and times are 7/22 9-5pm and 7/23 9-3pm.
(Gates will open at 8am for parking participants.)

ALL VENDOR PASSES WILL BE DISTRIBUTED UPON ARRIVAL ANY TABLES OR CHAIRS RENTED WILL BE PLACED IN YOUR BOOTH SPACE BEFORE YOU ARRIVE.
NOTICE: Cumberland County Fire Marshall Requirements All tents and/or EZ-Up’s that the public enters into require the following:
(A) Attached fire retardant tags
(B) NO smoking sign(s) posted
(C) Fire extinguisher present and visible
