HERE’S THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOUR JEEP CLUB OR ORGANIZATION TO BE A PART OF OUR JEEP SHOW!

It’s been a long tradition of our Jeep Show to invite other “Non-Profit” Jeep Clubs and Off-Road Organizations to the weekend event to promote their organization and meet fellow Jeepers.

Club Booth space cost is $20, space is limited. Your $20 will be donated to the designated charity each year.

WHAT THE EVENT WILL PROVIDE:

  • One space for $20 (10’ wide x 30' deep) for your Club or Organization to advertise its purpose, events, charity work, sell attire, and/or merchandise, and solicit memberships.  ONLY ONE REGISTRATION PER CLUB! (multiple registrations will be deleted).  
  • Please upload your Club logo (.jpg only) to be used to be used in Show advertising. By providing your logo, you grant PA Jeeps, Inc. permission to utilize it in All Breeds Jeep Show advertising for 2024.
  • A maximum of two (2) free weekend wrist bands will be provided for your staff to operate your weekend booth. Additional bands may be purchased as part of your on-line registration for $7 per person, or can be purchased the day of the event for $10 per person. 
  • Feel free to display ONE vehicle in your booth space. Everything MUST fit within your boundary lines.
  • Set up is Friday, July 19 8am - 5pm or Saturday, July 20 at 8am.  Set up can be done Saturday morning, but we prefer to have set up done on Friday, as there is less congestion and more time to set up.
  • One representative from each Club is required to help judge the Show and Shine competition on Saturday during the show.  You must provide the name and phone number of a member that will help with judging at the show during this registration process. Club judges will be contacted prior to the Show with further instructions. 
  • Show and Shine Judging will occur on Saturday, July 20.
  • No refunds will be given after Monday, July 1, 2024. 
  • THE VENUE DOES NOT PERMIT FOOD or BEVERAGE SALES BY ANYONE OTHER THAN THEIR APPROVED VENDORS.

Additional Wrist Bands

Each Club space comes with two (2) all-weekend access wrist bands. If you have more than 2 people, you will need to purchase additional wrist bands, at a discounted pre-show cost of $7 per person, with a maximum of 5. Parking is also available inside the fairgrounds at $20 per vehicle.  Each club space is 10' wide and 30' deep. If you have a club vehicle for display, it must fit in your space.  

We have implemented a limit of five (5) additional wrist bands.

Overnight Parking/Camping:

Overnight parking is located inside the fairgrounds against back fence area. You will obtain a permit for camping upon entering that day at the fairgrounds.

 If you are preregistered and picked up your registration packet early, you will have the permit in your registration if you added camping. 


If you are not preregistered, you will need to pay the entrance fee for the weekend to gain access to camping area.


No camping hook-ups. There is a bath house on site and dump station. Porta pots are available.  You must check in by 9pm Friday, July 19 or wait until Saturday, July 20 at 8am. Security will be onsite all weekend.


You will be removed from the grounds or asked to pay again if your window placard is not properly displayed where it is visible to the staff.
