There are two categories for preregistration:

DISPLAY ONLY

Display Only registration allows you to participate in all show activities, EXCEPT the judged Show and Shine. Enjoy access to a special Jeep-only parking area, where you can park with your friends or make new ones. Test your Jeep's flex on the RTI Ramp. Participate in the Sunday Slow Crawl Competition. Take your Jeep on the Obstacle Course and try out the Green, Blue, or Black trails. Walk the Vendor Area and meet our Jeep and off-road-related vendors. Watch for more activities to be announced in the coming months!

JUDGED SHOW & SHINE

Enjoy all activities included with the Display Only registration, plus enter your Jeep into the judged Show and Shine competition. You will be judged by volunteers from PA Jeeps and other Jeep Clubs. Trophies will be awarded in each class for the best appearing Jeep(s)*. Show and Shine participants will also receive a 2024 All Breeds Jeep Show dash plaque.

*Show and Shine winners will be announced on Sunday by noon, followed by a Parade of Jeeps.

GATE ADMISSION ONLY

This registration option is for admission into the Fairgrounds ONLY. You will be able to enter the show and park in the General Parking Area Only. You will be able to visit our vendor area, look at the Jeeps on display, and watch the Obstacle Course and competitions. You will NOT be able to park in the Jeep Show and Shine or Display areas. You will NOT be able to  participate in any of the competitions or take your Jeep on the Obstacle Course.

ONSITE CAMPING

Onsite camping is available and is to be paid with registration. No on site camper hook-ups are available. There are public restroom and shower facilities on site for campers.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

ONLINE REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE Wednesday, July 17 at 1pm

If you pre-register before July 1, you will receive your registration packet by mail. This will allow you to skip the Will-Call line and enter the show.

Pre-registrations received on or after June 15 will not have registration packets mailed. You will be able to pick up your packet at Will-Call beginning Friday, July 19. Will-Call is located at Gate 3, accessed by K Street off of Carlisle Springs Road. You can park in the gravel lot on K Street wile visiting Will-Call.

No registration for Judged Show and Shine will be sold on-site at the Show. 

DISPLAY ONLY and GATE ADMISSION/SPECTATOR admissions will be available for purchase on-site during show hours, CASH ONLY.

CANCELLATION POLICY

NO refunds will be given after Monday, July 1, 2024.

Partial refunds will be issued upon request before July 1. 2024.

All times and dates are subject to change.

Driver's license number is collected for insurance purposes. It will not be shared or distributed.

The Jeep Club with the largest number of pre-registrants will win the Largest Club Participation Trophy! Trophy will be rewarded based on the pre registered participants. No sign up sheet will be used during the show for day of registration.

The Jeep that is driven (NOT trailered) the longest distance to our show will win the Longest Distance Traveled Trophy! Trophy will be rewarded based on the pre registered participants. No sign up sheet will be used during the show for day of registration.
