Swap Meet Registration Information

If you have any old Jeep-related stuff laying around, this is the place to get rid of it! Thousands of Jeep enthusiasts attend the show and are looking to buy your stuff!

Swap Meet Spaces will be assigned in the grassy lanes of the show field, next to the Vendor area. Power is NOT available in the swap meet area.

Parking permit and wrist bands will be given to you during check-in on Friday, July 19 from 8am - 5pm or Saturday, July 20 at 8am.


ALL FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

Swap Meet vendors are permitted to sell Jeep parts and similar off-road vehicle-related items. The sale of food or beverages is NOT permitted. For safety reasons, grilling is NOT permitted.

ALL VEHICLES AND TRAILERS MUST FIT WITHIN YOUR SPACE OR PARKED INSIDE THE DESIGNATED PARKING AREA. NO PARKING OF VEHICLES OR TRAILERS IS PERMITTED OUTSIDE YOUR PURCHASED SPACE. IF THEY DO NOT FIT, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO MOVE THEM TO ONE OF THE DESIGNATED PARKING AREAS.

Wrist Bands

Each swap meet space comes with 2 weekend access wrist bands for the show. Pre-show wrist bands are $7, day of show are $10. If you have more than 2 people, you'll need to purchase additional wrist bands. with a limit of 5 additional bands per registered site. Any additional helpers will need to pay entrance fee to come into the show.

Overnight Parking at the Fairgrounds

Primitive camping (no hookups) will be located inside the Fairgrounds . Camping for Swap Meet registrants is $50 for the entire weekend, FRIDAY and SATURDAY nights. Fill and dump stations are available on site. Check-in for camping is required upon arrival. You will be given a camping pass that will allow you access with Security.  You must be checked in for camping by 9 pm Friday 7/19, or you will have to wait for check in on Saturday 7/20 at 8am.

Please Tread Lightly

1) Pack out what you pack in, i.e. Jeep parts, chairs, clothing, etc.

2) Trash containers are provided throughout the facility, please make use of them.

3) Keep your Jeep and/or personal property within your swap meet space boundary.

4) Respect your swap meet neighbors, event staff, vendors, fellow participants, and spectators.

5) Parking is allowed in the spot you purchase as long as it does not infringe on the space next to you. 

6) Vehicle and trailer parking is available inside the fairgrounds in designated areas, and will require a permit.
