Carlisle Fairgrounds has agreements with several rental services that can provide you with any size tent you may need for the event. All rented tents are set up on Thursday for your convenience. 

You MUST order your tent by the end of June 2024 to guarantee availability.

Tent rentals are provided by outside vendors upon request. PA Jeeps makes no guarantee as to the availability of these services.

PA Jeeps, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization. Proceeds from the All Breeds Jeep Show are donated to many local charities each year. Our goal is to make this show bigger and better each year, for the enjoyment of everyone! To help us offset the costs to produce this show, we are giving Vendors the opportunity to sponsor aspects of the show. A variety of sponsor opportunities will be available. If you are interested in becoming an event sponsor, please provide contact information, and someone from our event staff will contact you to discuss opportunities.

Proceeds from the Jeep Show raffle will be donated to Children's Miracle Network - Hershey, providing lifesaving equipment and supporting lifesaving programs and innovative research at the PennState Health Children’s Hospital. 

For 2024, we have chosen to keep vendor rates the same, but are asking all vendors to participate in the raffle by donating at least one tangible merchandise item or certificate redeemable for merchandise to the raffle.

EVENT SETUP

Friday, July 19, 8am - 5pm, or Saturday, July 20 at 7am.  

If setting up on FRIDAY, you may access the Fairgrounds using Gate #3, K Street off Carlisle Springs Road.

VENDOR BOOTH STAFF ARRIVAL

On Saturday and Sunday, we ask that vendor staff arrive at the Fairgrounds early, using Gage #3, off K Street, to avoid congestion of attendee arrivals. Carlisle has advised us that they will no longer have access to Gate 5. This is a change from last year.

The All Breeds Jeep Show is open 7/20 9-5pm and 7/21 9-2:30pm 

Call or text Joe at 717-309-0513, or email [email protected] if you will be arriving later than 5pm on 7/19 to arrange a time to be shown to your vendor area and given passes. 

On-site camping is available for pre-purchase here. RVs, camper trailers with no hook-ups, or tent camping. The cost is $50 per night.  Fill and dump station are available on site. Generators are allowed; however, loud generators will not be tolerated, you will be asked to turn it off, or leave with no refund for the weekend. 

Camping placard, issued at check-in, must be displayed in a visible area, or you will be asked to leave or pay again. 

Check-in for camping is 10am-9pm on Friday, July 19, or Saturday, July 20 during the Show.  

Security will be on site and a camping permit is required to stay, which will be given during registration.

VENDOR PASSES will be distributed upon check-in for setup.

TABLES OR CHAIRS RENTED will be placed in your space prior to your arrival.

NOTICE: The International Fire Code requires all tents greater than 400 sq. ft. adhere to the following: 

(A) Attached fire retardant tags (NFPA 701 compliance)

(B) NO smoking sign(s) posted 

(C) Fire extinguisher present and visible

FOR SAFETY REASONS GRILLING OF FOOD IS NOT PERMITTED WITHIN THE EVENT.

To ensure that all Jeep Show vendors and participants have an enjoyable experience, we ask that our Vendors minimize audio demonstrations and effects to intermittent, short durations (less than 15 seconds), with extended breaks between sound bursts. This is to ensure that all of our guests are able to communicate with each other and enjoy the Vendor Area. We will do our best to accommodate the various needs of our Vendors.
