Please indicate which category/categories of products you will be selling at the show. We will do our best to separate vendors selling competing products. However, limitations such as availability of electric hookups and vendor special requests may affect final placement.

Tent Rental Information

Carlisle Fairgrounds has agreements with several rental services to provide you with any size tent you may need for the event. 

You MUST order your tent by the end of June 2025 to guarantee availability, but we suggest making these arrangements as soon as possible.

Tent rentals are provided by outside vendors upon request. PA Jeeps makes no guarantee as to the availability of these services.

Sponsorship Opportunities

PA Jeeps, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization. Proceeds from the All Breeds Jeep Show are donated to many local charities each year. Our goal is to make this show bigger and better each year, for the enjoyment of everyone! To help us offset the costs to produce this show, we are giving Vendors the opportunity to sponsor aspects of the show. A variety of sponsor opportunities will be available. If you are interested in becoming an event sponsor, please provide contact information, and someone from our event staff will contact you to discuss opportunities.

  • Your company logo (single color) on the back of our 2025 show shirts.

  • Your company logo (single color) on the left sleeve of our 2025 show shirts.

  • Placement of your corporate banner (vendor-supplied) on the outside of the fence surrounding the obstacle course. Banner will be visible to all attendees and spectators outside of the course area. Maximum banner size is 3' tall x 8' wide.

  • The first 500 attendees to register for the show will receive a show goodie bag containing show merchandise and vendor items. The goodie bag sponsor will have the opportunity to provide the bags themselves, bearing their company logo.

Fundraising Raffle Contributions

At every show, we hold a raffle to raise money for a local charitable organization. In 2025, all proceeds from the Jeep Show raffle ticket sales will be donated to Children's Miracle Network - Hershey, providing lifesaving equipment and supporting lifesaving programs and innovative research at the PennState Health Children’s Hospital. We are asking our vendors and sponsors to help us raise money for this terrific organization by donating one or more items to be given as raffle prizes. Raffle prizes may be provided to PA Jeeps volunteers at the show, or shipped in advance to:

Thursday, July 17, 8am - 5pm or Friday, July 18 at 7am.  

VENDOR BOOTH STAFF ARRIVAL

All Vendor traffic should use Gate 3 (K Street) to access the show.

VENDOR PASSES will be distributed upon check-in for setup.

NOTICE: The International Fire Code requires all tents greater than 400 sq. ft. adhere to the following: 

(A) Attached fire retardant tags (NFPA 701 compliance)

(B) NO smoking sign(s) posted 

(C) Fire extinguisher present and visible

FOR SAFETY REASONS GRILLING OF FOOD IS NOT PERMITTED WITHIN THE EVENT.


To ensure that all Jeep Show vendors and participants have an enjoyable experience, we ask that our Vendors minimize audio demonstrations and effects to intermittent, short durations (less than 15 seconds), with extended breaks between sound bursts. This is to ensure that all of our guests are able to communicate with each other and enjoy the Vendor Area. We will do our best to accommodate the various needs of our Vendors.
